Thanksgiving

It's been way too long since I've updated my blog.  So much has happened since I last posted, but I thought I'd start with Thanksgiving.

Bailey did a really cute play at school where she played a Pilgrim.  She got really into the singing, which isn't much of a surprise.
She was so excited to have her brother and sister there

We didn't have any dinner plans on Thanksgiving, so we decided to go to Mimi's Cafe with a few of our friends.  It was kind of fun to change it up a bit, and not have to cook!

Olivia was pretty excited!

Afterwards, we went back to our house and made gingerbread houses with everyone, and then Black Friday shopping that night.  It was sad to not be with family over Thanksgiving, but we're so thankful to have amazing friends:)

Photoshoot with the Girls

The girls love to dress up so I thought it would be fun to let them put on some of my dresses, put on their own make-up, and do a little photoshoot.  I got this new camera with my birthday money and I'm having so much fun taking pics with it.  We had a fun day!  I love these girls to death!!!

Family Pictures

We went to Arizona for a few weeks to visit family and had the best time. My brother in law, Rich was really nice and took some family pics for us.  He did such a great job.  I love my cute family!

Cousins!

Ashley and Clint stopped by to visit for the night on their way to Colorado.  Blake got to meet his cousin Colton for the first time and it was adorable to watch them play together.  I'm thinking they'll become best buds one day!  Too bad we live far away:(

Winter Fun

So, I'm a little behind on my posts since it's March and I'm posting pictures from December. Better late than never, right?  For Christmas, we took the 22 hour drive to Arizona to stay with family for 3 weeks.  It was sooo fun to see all of our family and friends that we've missed so much.
Christmas morning at the Webb's.  Such a great day!

 Aunt Tracy with the kiddos!

News Year's Eve was spent with the Browns and the Webbs.  The kids loved watching fireworks with the family.
It has snowed twice since we've been in Arkansas. The girls wanted to take pictures right before they walked out into their first snow in.  They were beyond excited!

My Sweet Blake

At preschool we played songs with different bells. Blake was so excited to shake his bell like the other kids.

He makes so many cute faces!

Blake comes to preschool with me and loves it.  He thinks he's one of the big kids!
This is what happens when there are lots of girls in the house!  He was jammin out with Bailey's headphones and lovin it.

What we've been up to

Ok, so I've been a bit of a looser not to post anything lately. I promised my friends and family in Az that I would keep up on my blog and I've failed miserably. I'll try to do better, I promise! Everything is going great here in Arkansas. A lot has happened since I've posted last.

My mom was in town so we decided it would be fun to go to Memphis for the day.  Memphis has the best Zoo that I've ever seen.  The kids had a blast!  And of course, we had to get some yummy BBQ while we were there.

Both girls are doing really well in school.  Bailey loves Kindergarten.  She has the perfect teacher who is very patient with her entergetic personality.  Olivia goes to preschool 2 days a week and loves it.
I was able to go on Bailey's field trip to the fair.
This is a picture of Olivia's first day at preschool.  She was excited and a little nervous at the same time.  I teach at the same preschool so I get to see her throughout the day.

Marcus turned 29 at the end of September and the girls and I made him a few things.  I stole this idea from Pinterest and wrote 10 different things I loved about him and put the notes on balloons.

The girls made him a board book.  They illustrated pictures and told me what to say.
I thought this page of Bailey's was really funny.

About 2 weeks ago Bailey was playing at the park, fell off the monkey bars, and broke her elbow.  She ended up having to get a cast for about 3 weeks.  She's been really tough about it and hasn't complained one bit about having the cast on.  She loved all the attention and having everyone sign her cast.

Halloween was fun this year.  We had the ward trunk-or-treat, the ward party, and regular trick-or-treating.  The girls wanted to wear a different Halloween costume from our dress-up collection for each event.
Livvy dressed as a flapper girl.
Blake was Dracula
Bailey dressed up as a genie.  I hadn't wiped Bailey's face and done her hair yet in this picture, but she still looks pretty cute.
On Halloween night Livvy was a witch and Bailey was Tinkerbell.
We had a fun night eating and Trick-or-treating with friends!
